1. Health guarantee period
We guarantee that your kitten is healthy and free from any life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions for: 72 hours after purchase: covers contagious diseases (excluding stress-related or environmental diseases). 1 year from birth: covers life-threatening congenital or hereditary defects.​
2. Initial veterinary examination
To validate this guarantee, the buyer must: Take the kitten to an authorized veterinarian within 72 hours of bringing it home. Provide proof of this examination upon request. Failure to complete the initial examination will void this guarantee.
3. Health Declaration
At the time of purchase, the kitten has: received age-appropriate vaccinations; been dewormed and treated for parasites; and undergo a health check by a licensed veterinarian. A full medical history, detailing vaccinations, treatments, and health checks, will be provided.
4. Covered conditions
This warranty covers: Life-threatening genetic or hereditary defects (e.g., hip dysplasia, serious heart disease). Infectious diseases present before purchase.
5. Conditions not covered
This warranty does not cover: Minor or temporary conditions such as colds, ear infections, or diarrhea due to environmental stress. Injuries or illnesses caused by accidents, negligence, or inadequate care. Parasitic infestations (e.g., fleas, ticks, worms) that occur after purchase.
6. Replacement Policy
If a covered condition is diagnosed: Notify us immediately with written documentation from a licensed veterinarian. Upon confirmation, the buyer will be offered: A replacement kitten of equal value. A partial or full refund (at the breeder's discretion). Shipping and handling costs for replacements are the buyer's responsibility.
7. Buyer Responsibilities
To maintain this guarantee, the buyer must: Provide routine veterinary care (vaccinations, deworming, and checkups). Feed the kitten a high-quality, nutritious diet appropriate for its age and size. Ensure the kitten is in a safe, clean, and loving environment.

This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The purchaser accepts the terms of this guarantee at the time of purchase.
